The program with Wes has been fantastic at helping me achieve my goal of playing softball again in the season. Before working with Wes, I had dislocated my shoulder and didn't know where to begin with getting back playing. After 6 weeks I began playing again, and after 8 weeks I was playing consistently. The program was great at adapting to my needs, and pushing my rehab training whilst maintaining a good base level fitness so I was ready to play again when recovered. The tailored sessions and availability of Wes to discuss the plan and rehab was amazing and really helped accelerate my recovery. Prior to working with Wes, I was carrying an injury to my calf, and my motivation for playing was pretty low. Now, I'm getting back towards hitting PBs in the gym that I havent hit in over 10 years. Wes kept me accountable, and set stretch targets that gave me confidence to push myself. Now I'm back to having fun whilst playing, and have a drive to get back to a level of fitness I previously thought I wouldn't be getting back.

Wes is brilliant with my rehab process. I came in with a recent injury of both my patellar tendons and I had to get ready for a competition in half a year's time. We set a goal to compete and come back even stronger before the competition. I overcame setbacks where the tendon and muscle pain went up instead of going down. But one of the wins would be to learn that through pain I can learn about my body's limit and it is not entirely a bad thing when the pain threshold is controlled to under a certain limit. I would highly recommend Wes to any recreational athletes who have suffered an injury and are determined to come back stronger.
